A rich selection of Italian dishes awaits you at Mamma Leone. A particular specialty of the house is the Ossobuco di vitello. This dish is prepared by Chef José da Silva is carefully prepared by cooking the veal shank sous vide for 48 hours, achieving exceptional tenderness. It is served with a white wine risotto that is freshly prepared and cooked to perfect al dente. The sauce impresses with its impressive depth, and there is a pan of delicious bone marrow on the side.

Mamma Leone also attracts gourmets with its first-class wine list and the chef's creative amuse-bouches. Highlights include South African scampo on burrata and grilled pulpo on chickpeas. For seafood lovers, the restaurant offers dishes such as baby lobster with tagliolini and an exquisitely prepared lobster bisque.

The restaurant is also known for its selection of simpler but equally tasty dishes. These include spaghetti alle vongole, fresh ravioli with burrata, cannelloni di vitello and various meat dishes. There is also a good selection for vegetarians.
