The brewery has three floors, each offering a different ambience. On the ground floor is the brewery, the heart of the brewery, where the beer is brewed according to old recipes. Here you can choose between two types: the **Wismarer Pilsener**, a light and bitter beer, and the **Wismarer Mumme**, a dark and malty beer. Both beers are natural and unfiltered and have an alcohol content of 4.8%.

On the first floor is the restaurant, where you can choose from an extensive menu. The offering ranges from small snacks such as tarte flambée or brewery burgers to hearty dishes from Mecklenburg cuisine such as beef mustard with red cabbage or pork-crusted mustard with sauerkraut. The brewery also offers various events, such as the New Year's Eve ball with the motto "Route 66" or participation in the program "Mein Lokal, Dein Lokal" from Kabel eins.
