The Bistro Angelo is located at Promenade 119, in a unique building that was built in 1991/92 by the architects Guyer and Gigon, the first of them in Davos. The restaurant has a cozy aperitif bar, a bright and friendly dining room and a quaint pub in the basement where you can enjoy table football, darts or a cigarette in the smoker.
< br />The cuisine of Bistro Angelo is known for its **various Cordonbleus**, prepared from pork or veal, as well as for its **variations of Rösti**, depending on the type cantons can be assigned differently. Also very popular are the **hot stone meats**, which you can grill to your own taste and which are served with homemade dips. The seasonal offerings include **Fondue Chinoise**, **Spatz** (a hearty military soup) and **Paella**. All dishes are freshly prepared in the kitchen and refined with regional products.

Bistro Angelo is open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 p.m :30 to 11:30 p.m., the kitchen from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
