Nando's Restaurant in Cardiff

The restaurant is spacious and has a lovely terrace, ideal for sunny days. I was greeted by a nice employee who showed me a table and explained how the ordering system works. You have to order and pay at the counter and then you get a beeper that informs you when the food is ready.

I chose half a chicken with medium-hot PERi-PERi sauce, French fries and corn on the cob as sides. The food arrived after about 15 minutes and looked very appetizing. The chicken was tender and juicy and had a nice crust. The sauce was spicy and aromatic, but not too spicy. The fries were crispy and the corn on the cob was sweet. and buttery. I was very happy with my choice and enjoyed every bite.

For dessert I ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, which was also very tasty. The cake was moist and chocolaty and the ice cream was creamy and cool. A perfect end to a great meal.

I would recommend Nando's to anyone who craves flame-grilled chicken with a twist. Prices are moderate, portions are generous and the atmosphere is relaxed and happy. Nando's is an ideal place for a quick snack or a long meal with friends or family.
